How transparency works here
Most firms hide this. We do not.

Scope of advice
Mynd Migration provides strategic assessment, comparison, and coordination. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, or immigration-law advice, those require professionals licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. When you proceed with a programme we connect you to licensed immigration lawyers, tax counsel, and vetted partners, who give the binding legal and tax opinion.
How we are compensated (commission disclosure)
Let us be plain: we earn referral compensation (a commission) from the partner programmes a client ultimately selects. This is the standard broker model used by mortgage brokers, insurance brokers, and wealth advisors, the client does not pay us a separate broker fee; the compensation comes from the provider the client chooses.
We know this model carries a conflict of interest, so we manage it: our ranking logic does not weight commission, we mark ended programmes plainly, and we won't recommend a programme we couldn't recommend to a family member. Disclosure is the trust mechanism of this model, not its weakness.
No guarantee of approval
We cannot and do not guarantee any visa, residency, or citizenship approval. Approval is the decision of the relevant government and depends on factors including due diligence, regulatory change, and individual circumstances. Investment thresholds, processing times, and rules can change without notice, which is why we keep last-verified dates on our regulatory data.
