Methodology
How we actually work
Every prospective client asks: “how does this actually work?” Here is the five-stage answer, from assessment to long after the decision.
Stage 1: Strategic assessment
Everything starts with the Strategic Optionality Test, nine questions that capture your goal, base, budget, time horizon, risk tolerance, family situation, income type, the kind of residency you want, and your regional preference.
We use the answers to build a personalised strategy map: a ranked shortlist of programmes with an honest fit score, the reasoning behind each, and a set of concrete next steps. The map is a starting point, not a verdict, you can disagree with it, and the AI advisor is there to interrogate it.
Stage 2: Comparative shortlist
We narrow 17+ programmes to the 3–5 that genuinely fit. We weight the variables that change the outcome: total cost (not just the headline investment), realistic processing time, family coverage, the citizenship timeline, physical-presence rules, tax treatment, and how exposed the programme is to regulatory change.
We deliberately do not weight commission. The programme that pays us more does not move up the list. If two programmes are close, we tell you they are close rather than manufacturing a winner.
Stage 3: Due diligence
Before we recommend any programme we verify its current rules against primary sources and record a last-verified date. We tell clients each programme's known risks, not only its brochure.
Example: Caribbean citizenship-by-investment programmes remain under active EU scrutiny over visa-free access and due-diligence standards. We flag that exposure before a client commits, not after.
Stage 4: Execution support
We coordinate the moving parts: licensed immigration lawyers for the legal filing, vetted real-estate or fund partners for the investment, and tax counsel where it matters. We handle sequencing, document readiness, and keeping every party aligned to the same timeline.
Some things stay with you: signing your own documents, funding your own investment, and any decision that is legally yours to make. We are clear about that line.
Stage 5: Post-decision
The work does not end at approval. We help set up tax residency where appropriate, make banking introductions, manage renewals so a permit never lapses, and track the citizenship-eligibility clock so you apply at the right moment rather than the late one.
