About

Holding options is not a luxury, it is a responsibility.

Mynd Migration is an evaluation platform that never advocates for a single country and compares every programme on the same table. This page tells you who built it, why, and how it works, without superlatives.

The founder

Barış Esmer

Barış Esmer is an operator who has seen scale on the operations and growth side. At Anadolu Efes he worked on recovering FMCG market share during a steep decline, where he learned what distribution and positioning discipline actually do in a contracting market.

He then scaled growth at PadSplit, from roughly 900 rooms across 5 cities to 25,000+ rooms across 20 US cities. Today he runs Mynd Labs as a solo, AI-native operator; Mynd Migration is that platform's investment-migration vertical.

Why this work

The investment-migration industry is mostly built on advisors who sell a single country. A client who walks into the Greece desk hears Greece; the Portugal desk hears Portugal. But the real question is never “which country is best”, it is “which programme produces the least regret for this profile, this budget, and this time horizon.”

Strategic optionality is therefore not a slogan but a stance: an option is valuable because it was built before a crisis, not during one. Most of my clients had already half-made their decision before they called; my job was never to frighten them but to structure that decision and make it comparable. This platform exists to scale exactly that work, turning a comparison that won't fit on one person's desk into a test anyone can start in 90 seconds.

The framework

Three pillars, not philosophy, but what the client actually experiences.

01Strategic Optionality

We look at a portfolio of options, not a single country. The goal is not the most expensive passport but the structure that opens the most doors and locks you in the least for your profile. If a programme doesn't fit, we say so plainly.

02Trust Architecture

Every numeric claim has a source, every piece of regulatory data has a last-verified date, and how we are paid is written down. Ended programmes (Spain's Golden Visa, Malta citizenship) are marked “ended” so you don't waste time on them.

03Systems Thinking

A residence permit is not a standalone decision; tax residency, banking, family coverage, physical-presence rules and the citizenship timeline form one connected system. We plan the system, not the parts.

The platform

Mynd Migration is built on concrete capabilities, not aspirations:

  • 17+ programmes across 15+ countries, compared on the same criteria
  • The Strategic Optionality Test: a personalised strategy map in 9 questions
  • A context-aware AI advisor over your test results
  • An eight-language test interface
  • Vertical integration with the CommPass CRM, one record from first contact to permit

What we don't do

  • We don't sell a single country. Every page reads like an impartial evaluator, not a salesperson.
  • We don't take broker fees from our clients. We are compensated by the partner programme the client selects, and we disclose it.
  • We don't promise visa approval. Approval is the government's decision, not ours.
  • We don't recommend a programme we couldn't recommend to a family member.
