6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında, Strategic Optionality Index 2026 ön-erişim listesine kaydolurken paylaştığınız kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin olarak sizi bilgilendirmek isteriz.

Veri sorumlusu: Mynd Labs (Mynd Migration), kurucu Barış Esmer, Türkiye.

İşlenen veriler: ad ve e-posta adresi. IP adresi saklanmaz.

İşleme amacı: yalnızca Strategic Optionality Index 2026 raporunun ilk baskısını ve ona ilişkin ön-erişim bilgilendirmesini sizinle paylaşmak.

Hukuki sebep: KVKK m.5/1, açık rızanız. Rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz.

Saklama süresi: rapor gönderilene veya rızanızı geri çekene kadar; sonrasında silinir.

Aktarım: verileriniz üçüncü taraflara pazarlama amacıyla satılmaz veya kiralanmaz; yalnızca listeyi barındıran altyapı sağlayıcımızda saklanır.

Haklarınız (KVKK m.11): verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için: hello@myndmigration.com.

This notice explains how we process the personal data you share when joining the Strategic Optionality Index 2026 early-access list, under the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the GDPR.

Controller: Mynd Labs (Mynd Migration), founded by Barış Esmer, Türkiye.

Data processed: name and email address. No IP address is stored.

Purpose: solely to send you the first edition of the Strategic Optionality Index 2026 and related early-access updates.

Legal basis: your explicit consent. You may withdraw it at any time.

Retention: until the report is sent or you withdraw consent, after which it is deleted.

Sharing: never sold or rented to third parties for marketing; stored only with the infrastructure provider that hosts the list.
